Tenenbaum agrees with RIAA, except asks for stay of argument of motion to add counterclaims pending ruling on narrowcasting

In SONY BMG Music Entertainment v. Tenenbaum, defendant has filed a motion which requests that the argument of the motion to amend defendant's answer be stayed, but essentially agrees with the RIAA's request that the discovery matters go forward.

Specifically defendant requests that the argument of the amendment motion be stayed pending the ruling of the First Circuit as to whether the hearing may be televised, that the motions to compel Matthew Oppenheim's deposition and to add the RIAA as a party go forward on February 24th, and that the motion to impose discovery sanctions on Prof. Nesson go forward on a separate date to be fixed by the Court.

Defendant's motion to stay in part the February 24th omnibus motion hearing
